RULES AND REGULATIONS
• The management reserves the right of admission and termination of occupants.
• Occupants are requested to leave the room key at the reception while leaving the room.
• The management takes no responsibility for what so ever valuables belongings of the occupants.
• The occupants will be responsible for the safe custody of all the articles, furniture/fixture, etc. provided in the room. For breakage, loss or damage, the occupant will be liable to compensate.
• Atleast half an Hour notice is required before vacating the room to avoid unnecessary delay and detention at the counter for check-out.
• The occupants are required to pay atleast one day rent as advance before Check-in and this will be adjusted at the time of billing.
• Shifting of furniture or other articles from the room to other occupants is strictly prohibited.
• The Occupants are requested no to disturb the other occupants and to be courteous to the hotel staff.
• The occupants are requested to put-off the AC, Lights, Fans and Taps while leaving the room.
• The occupants are requested to place all their indents at the time as far as possible to ensure prompt service.
• Dress and other wearables should be given only to the Hotel Washer-man.
• The management will try to help the occupants in the matter of arranging taxis subjects to sufficient prior notice and availability of vehicles.
• IN case of default in payment of dues by the guest, the management shall be entitled to hold guests luggage and belongings and to detain the same and to sell or auction such property at any time after the day of departure without informing the party, and appropriate the net sale proceeds will go towards the amount due from the Guest.
• Please inform the Front Office Manager if you wish to retain your room beyond booking time. Extension may be given subject to availability of the room. Please allow 15 minutes time to process your bill for final Check-out.
• All disputes are subject to Jeypore Jurisdiction only.
