o The primary guest must be at least 18 years of age to be able to check into the hotel.

o It is mandatory for guests to present valid Photo Identification (ID) at the time of Check-in. According to government regulations, a valid Photo ID has to be carried by every person above the age of 18 staying at the hotel. The identification proofs accepted are Aadhar Card, Driving License, Voter ID Card, and Passport. Without Original copy of valid ID the guest will not be allowed to Check-in.

o PAN card is not accepted as a valid ID card.

o Stay of 2 Kids up to 10 years of age will be treated as complementary but use of extra mattress will be charged.

o Extra mattress will be provided for triple occupancy bookings.

o Pets are not allowed in the hotel premises.

o Should any action by a guest be deemed inappropriate by the hotel, or if any inappropriate behavior is brought to the attention of the hotel, the hotel reserves the right, after the allegations have been investigated, to take action against the guest and if required police may be called on.

o Guests shall be liable for any damage caused by them to the Hotel asset. Guest shall keep the Hotel room in a good condition and maintain hygiene and cleanliness.

o We discourage smoking in the rooms. In case guests wish to smoke, the Hotel Reception will be happy to help.

o Guests may be contacted closer to their check-in date to confirm the arrival status or arrival time through calls, messages or WhatsApp. In case, we do not receive a response from the guest after 5 attempts, the booking may be put on hold or cancelled. In case of availability, Udaya Palace will try to reinstate your booking when you contact us back or make a payment through our multitude of payment options.

o In case of cancellation of room or rooms the reverse payment will be made only if the cancelled room will be rebooked against the same day.

o As we continue to strive to improve our services, Udaya Palace may reach out to guests to get their feedback of their experience through calls or messages.

o We might reach out to you for offers.

o Udaya Palace does not authorize any of its employees, consultants and third-party vendors, associates to contact its guests via any mode of communication & offer promotional discounts in exchange for solicitation of monies/payments or other monetary transfers into digital wallets or bank accounts.

Such instances are acts of fraud. Encountering & acting on the same is solely based on your own accord & discretion. Neither Udaya Palace nor any of its affiliates/employees or associates will be responsible for any loss/liability arising out of such an event to any individual whatsoever.

Booking Extension Policy

o Extension of stay would be provided on current room rates, subject to availability.

o Current room rates can be different from the rates at which the rooms were booked.

Note: Udaya Palace reserves the right to honor or dishonor any of the booking. Online booking with dishonest intention will not be entertained.







Check-in and Check-out Timing:



This starts from 8am to 7am i.e for 23hrs only will be counted as One day booking but in case of availability of rooms the guests may stay till 9am.







Payment Policy



Rooms will be allotted only against advance payment of 50% of the tariff or more and the guest need to settle all his outstanding dues before leaving the hotel premises. If any wear and tear or damage done by the guest found during the Check-out time then that amount will be added to his bill.



Loyalty Policy:



Udaya Palace always honored his loyal customers who visit the hotel again and again. So, to honor such kind of customers and to keep-up the bonding for forever Udaya Palace encourages such customers with 1% as Loyalty Bonus which will be counted as 1% of their billing amount only (Excluding GST or any applicable Taxes) and once the Loyalty Bonus become Rs. 500/- then the customer can use his/her Loyalty Bonus against their room bookings or food items only.



Reference Policy:



Every business promotion matters and to encourage such practice Udaya Palace has carved a customer friendly Reference Policy by using which our customer can also earn Reference Points i.e 1 Point = Rs.1/- only by referring his Friends, Colleagues, Family Members,etc and can use these Reference Points against his/her room bookings or food items only.



Note: Any of our Customers or Business Promoters can refer anyone but he/she will be earn Referral Points only against the 1st stay of the guest which he/she has referred and these Referral Points will be calculated @ 1% of the room rent paid by the customer i.e 1 Point = Rs.1/- only.



Business Promoters:



Every Business Promotion matters to become viable and earn profit for its promoters. So, to promote this new venture the Udaya Palace has came-up with a plan to award those persons who are directly involved in its business promotion by referring their friends, colleagues, family members, etc to become its esteemed customers. So, Udaya Palace will honor such Business Promoters by awarding them with Referral Points and which will be counted as 1% of the room rent paid by the guest referred by them for the first time and the Business Promoters can use these points for booking rooms or having food, once it crossed the 500 points level or more.
